Energy Service Options

Average Billing Program

The City of Mangum offers an Average Billing Program for utility customers who have lived at their current address for at least one year and who have a good payment record.  Sign-up dates are from October thru March.

Bank Drafts

Customers may have their utility bills drafted at any participating banking facility.
We call the program PAW program. It is set up so you can pick which Friday of the month you want to pay your bill, however it must be drafted out of your bank account.

Credit Cards

You may pay your deposit or your monthly utility bill with a credit card.  Currently we accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.
